Instructions for B.Sc. Nursing Counselling Session 2025-26
All the candidates of General Rank up to 200 are invited for the counselling of B.Sc. Nursing session 2025-26
The Counselling will be held on 28/06/2025 (Saturday) in Biochemistry Conference Hall, SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Sri Amritsar.
Reporting Time: 9:00 AM
The candidate must bring all the following documents at the time of counselling:

Printed copy of their Application form. |

Admit Card of Entrance Exam. |

Original matriculation examination certificate indicating the date of birth. |

c) |
Original matriculation examination mark sheet indicating “pass” in the subject of Punjabi of that standard; (For candidate from Punjab State only). |

Original Detail Marks Card of 10+1. |

e) |
Original marks sheet certificate of 10+2 or equivalent examination/ Printed copy of 10+2 result. |

f) |
Original Character Certificate from the school / college last attended. |
|
g) |
Original Migration Certificate from last attended Board. |
|
h) |
Four recent passport size photographs with name and father’s name written on the back side. (4 photos of Student, 1 photo of Father, 1 photo of Mother) |

Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable). |

j) |
Copy of Aadhar Card of student and parents. |
|
k) |
Recent Domicile Certificate/ Bonafide Resident of Certificate. |

Affidavit (Sikh Minority quota Candidates) |

Original Caste Certificate for SC/BC Candidates along with Income certificate. |

5 Post Dated Cheques. |
Note:
- Candidate must bring a clear bag with them.
- Presence of Parents/Guardian is compulsory along with candidate.
- Demand Draft of *Rs. 79,825/- for B.Sc. Nursing in the name of Principal, Sri Guru Ram Das College of Nursing payable at Amritsar.
