Instructions for B.Sc. Nursing Counselling Session 2026-27

All the candidates of General Rank upto 200 are invited for the counselling of B.Sc. Nursing Session 2026-27

The Counselling will be held on 23-07-2026 (Thursday) in Biochemistry Conference Hall, SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Sri Amritsar.

Reporting Time: 9:00 AM

The candidate must bring all the following documents at the time of counselling:

1. Printed copy of their application form.
2. Admit Card and Result Card of Entrance Exam.
3. Original matriculation examination certificate indicating the date of birth.
4. Original matriculation examination mark sheet indicating “pass” in the subject of Punjabi of that standard; (For candidate from Punjab State only).
5. Original Detail Marks Card of 10+1.
6. Original marks sheet certificate of 10+2 or equivalent examination/ Printed copy of 10+2 result.
7. Original Character Certificate from the school / college last attended.
8. Original Migration Certificate from last attended Board.
9. Four recent passport size photographs with name and father’s name written on the back side. (4 photos of Student, 1 photo of Father, 1 photo of Mother)
10. Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable).
11. Copy of Aadhar Card of student and parents.
12. Recent Domicile Certificate/ Bonafide Resident of Certificate.
13. Affidavit (Sikh Minority quota Candidates)
14. Original Caste Certificate for SC/BC Candidates along with Income certificate.
15. 5 Post Dated Cheques.

Note:

• Candidate must bring a clear bag with them.
• Presence of Parents/Guardian is compulsory along with candidate.
• Demand Draft of Rs. 93,000/- in the name of Principal, Sri Guru Ram Das College of Nursing payable at Amritsar.
